The need

Easier access. Simpler management.

The commune wanted to move from paper displays towards an interactive digital information point. There were two priorities: helping citizens find useful information when they need it, and keeping content management straightforward for municipal staff.

SM4RT Touch

A Digitale Reider integrated into local life.

NG supported Strassen with advice, design adapted to its visual identity, integration with its systems and training. SM4RT Touch brings together public notices, mobility, local points of interest and walking information in a touch interface designed for citizens.

Working with e-connect, the creator of the municipal website’s content management system, enables centrally managed content without duplicate entry. The commune retains control over publishing its information. NG provides support, follow-up and ongoing development of the solution.
